WELCOME: I redesigned the standard in-store coffee cup into a practical, takeaway version that fits the brand's aesthetic.
TRUST: I created a new product tag to better reflect the showroom's premium, minimalist feel, elevating the current design.
BELONGING: For the final touchpoint, instead of handing customers standard cards for their fabric samples,
I designed a custom tote bag made directly from the company's own upholstery fabrics.
The goal was to show how physical and digital touchpoints work together. You can see the full process,
including the editorial layout, in the complete 56-page PDF case study.
